DaimaChristmas 2020 Snow December 23rd 2020 - I ventured down a road I haven't ventured down since about 12 years ago.

Now four days into that aquistion  - I feel I've written another chapter in my "Book of Bad Decisions".

Yes a new puppy is in the house.....  "Daima" - pronounced "DiieeMaa".  This puppy is a great dane.

Everyone is saying "Aww -  she's so cute!  She's so precious" etc.  Well I forgot how often a puppy pees. How much they want to play.  Did I mention the puppy teeth - the needles that have to chew on everything.  EVERYTHING!!

My other dog is a twelve year old Bichon Fris with hip problems and a slipped disc and can barely walk.  My Mom who lives here - well hell she's not much better off!  

So now the "Kraken" has shown up.   Play,  PLAY, PLAY!!!

We're tackling the old dog - we are tugging on robes - we are pulling Christmas Ornaments off the tree - and yes we drink a lot of water and about 3.5 minutes later we are peeing where we stand.

Oh and did I mention I live in a relatively small 1400 square foot house.  Crank up the Clutch!!

Ahh.. but I must say it's been a joy this Christmas of 2020.  After the stuff we've been through and the adjustments we've all had to do with the "pandemic".  Seeing something so carefree and just wanting to play... well it's been rewarding and fun to watch.

The puppy clumsiness can be hilarious the sudden flop or the misjudged distance to jump.  This age doesn't last forever.

So I do plan to try to gather several pics - Something I regret not doing with my other pets Skully and Coco.

Also, I mentioned my previous pets - Skully passed in 2018, and Coco the Bichon Fris will probably run away or chew my head off for bringing this new pup into the household.   But I guess I should create some Galleries of them and put on here as well.

Well just a short update from the home front here.
